- Communicate with team leads for clarification needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year transcription experience
- Exceptional English grammar and spelling skills
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and transcription software
- Strong attention to detail and time management
