- Utilize transcription software and foot pedal controls efficiently
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through reference materials
- Upload completed files via secure cloud platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe or equivalent software
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Ability to type 75+ WPM with high accuracy
- Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential content
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Flexible availability during business hours (9am-5pm)
- Basic medical/legal terminology knowledge preferred
