Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones
- Handle confidential client communications via email and chat platforms
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Prepare professional documents and presentations using Google Workspace
- Conduct market research and compile executive summaries
- Onboard new clients using CRM systems
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years administrative support or virtual assistant experience
