- Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions and update internal databases to ensure comprehensive records.
- Process Assistance: Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and service modifications.
- Remote Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack and Zoom.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or remote support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Skills: Strong typing speed (min 40 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
