Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance hybrid AI-Quantum computing systems for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy for machine learning tasks.
- Define technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all deployed infrastructure.
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Strong background in Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with a history of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from conception to completion.
