Job Description
The Future is Now. Nexus Horizon Technologies is pioneering the next generation of human-machine interfaces. We are seeking a visionary Principal Architect to lead Project 2026, a groundbreaking initiative focused on integrating generative AI with spatial computing to redefine digital reality. This is a rare opportunity to architect systems that will operate at the forefront of technology in 2026 and beyond.
As a key leader in our engineering division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software. You will define the core neural architectures that power our immersive environments and ensure scalability for millions of concurrent users.
Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for real-time generative content creation in spatial environments.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives in multimodal AI, ensuring our models exceed the performance benchmarks required for the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive optimization strategies to reduce latency and improve inference speeds for low-latency AR/VR applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on AI or Robotics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Diffusion Models, and Spatial Computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
