Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and automated testing.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and junior staff to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and ensure code quality and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and database design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
