Responsibilities
- Convert audio recordings into accurate, well-formatted text documents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize specialized transcription software and quality control tools
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99%+ accuracy
- Format documents according to client specifications (AMA, APA, legal formats)
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in 65+ WPM typing with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology preferred
- Expertise in Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- High-speed internet and quiet home workspace required
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification
