Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology (industry-specific knowledge preferred)
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills
