Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and architecture patterns across the organization.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept through deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project milestones are met with exceptional quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-traffic applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
