The Role
You will serve as the primary architect for Project 2026, bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and technical execution. This is a rare opportunity to influence the trajectory of a multi-billion dollar enterprise initiative from day one.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations to drive innovation and deliver milestones on time.
- Identify emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to optimize the project's long-term value proposition.
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, including C-Suite executives and external partners, to secure buy-in and resources.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and risk management for complex, long-horizon initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures to track progress and ensure accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or technical leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year, high-stakes projects from concept through to successful launch.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, SaaS) relevant to the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.
