Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors compatible with AI workloads
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal symposiums
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow/PyTorch quantum extensions
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes R&D projects
- Strong background in cryptography and distributed systems
