- Pioneer novel quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's variants)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, QCE)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
