Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures

- Secure federal grants and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
