Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing federal research funding ($5M+)
- Expertise in error mitigation for NISQ-era systems
- Track record of leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
