Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit) and Python
- Published research in quantum-AI integration or quantum information theory
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software co-design projects
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant quantum computing
