Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Develop proprietary quantum optimization frameworks for logistics and drug discovery
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize breakthrough quantum-AI solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in quantum machine learning
- Mentor junior researchers and publish quarterly breakthrough reports
- Present findings at international conferences like Q2B and NeurIPS
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes R&D projects
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in Bayesian inference and reinforcement learning
