Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum neural network architectures
- Develop error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum-AI co-design
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum or PennyLane
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Strong background in quantum error correction
- Experience with neuromorphic computing systems
