Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum neural networks

- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum entanglement
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Strong background in Python/C++ and cloud computing (AWS/Azure)
