Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems
- Develop secure quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI research
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Published record in quantum information science or AI optimization
- Expertise in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Strong background in cybersecurity and cryptographic protocols
- Experience with AWS Braket or equivalent quantum cloud platforms
