- Collaborate with Nobel laureate advisory board on quantum supremacy milestones
- Design secure quantum communication protocols for government and enterprise clients
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI specialists, and hardware engineers
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Nature journals on quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical AI frameworks
- Proven track record scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits with <0.1% error rates
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational quantum circuits
- Experience securing federal quantum computing projects with NIST certification
