Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI architectures leveraging QML (Quantum Machine Learning) algorithms for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks optimizing for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions across finance, logistics, and biotechnology sectors
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in real-time AI processing pipelines
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen AI data encryption and privacy preservation
- Document architectural blueprints and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-computational theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning (arXiv, IEEE, Nature)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and error correction techniques (surface code, LDPC)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD, PQC standards)
- Experience deploying quantum solutions in cloud environments (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
