Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for predictive analytics
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptographic protocol implementations
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit layouts
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior quantum developers in Python and Q#
- Publish research in IEEE Quantum Computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerance
- Experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave, Rigetti) or superconducting qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of translating quantum concepts to business applications
