Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for cryptography and optimization

- Lead quantum algorithm integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI teams on quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Drive quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Research breakthroughs in topological qubits and quantum annealing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC frameworks
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Experience leading quantum security initiatives for enterprise systems
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
