Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for commercial deployment
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in quantum error correction
- Develop patent-pending quantum encryption protocols
- Translate quantum theory into practical industry applications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Maintain competitive analysis of global quantum advancements
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Security clearance preferred for defense sector projects
