Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 10,000+ qubit systems for 2026 deployment
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% fidelity in quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Research novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic threats
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Define roadmaps for quantum computing commercialization across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers while fostering a culture of scientific excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of building quantum systems with >100 qubit coherence times
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, or topological codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum architecture or algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum materials science and cryogenic engineering principles
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
