Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and assembly-level optimization
- Proven track record architecting complex quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Familiarity with quantum hardware suppliers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ) and cloud quantum services
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
