Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical and logistics applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
- Create quantum security frameworks for 2026-era data protection
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in superconducting or ion-trap systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents
