Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with >1000 logical qubits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Expertise in quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing publications
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
