Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-resistant systems using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Design hybrid quantum-classical pipelines for enterprise clients
- Lead implementation of post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite and government partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Python, Qiskit)
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
