Responsibilities

- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers

- Research novel quantum materials and qubit stabilization techniques
- Create technical documentation and patent disclosures for breakthrough innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams through product development lifecycles
