Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant hardware
- Lead quantum error correction code development and hybrid quantum-classical system integration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptography systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
