Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or qubit engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems to 100+ qubits
