Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-generation encryption systems
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure strategy and implementation
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at international quantum conferences
- Advise C-suite on quantum computing roadmap and ROI projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and systems thinking ability
