Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
