Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop error correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers to prototype quantum solutions
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen communication systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions to advance quantum algorithms
- Translate theoretical quantum models into production-ready systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction

- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
