Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure with error-corrected qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Collaborate with academia on quantum supremacy milestones
- Translate quantum research into patentable technical innovations
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Proficiency with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Strong knowledge of Shor's and Grover's algorithms
- Experience with cryogenic engineering or quantum photonics
- Track record of securing quantum research grants
