Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning integration for predictive analytics
- Publish research in IEEE journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance principles
