Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum simulations
- Experience with quantum security protocols (NIST PQC standardization)
- Track record of delivering quantum computing MVPs
