Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-corrected systems for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit scalability
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-world applications in cryptography and material science
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum encryption standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Certification in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography preferred
