Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and implementation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography infrastructure
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive patent development in quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years quantum systems experience
- Proven track record in designing quantum processors with >100 qubit coherence
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
