Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum gate design, qubit coherence optimization, and error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC environments
