Responsibilities

- Develop error correction models for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit compilation
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
