Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience

- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and their practical implementations
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum computing hardware
