Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create quantum security protocols for post-2026 digital infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or hardware design
