Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into hardware specifications
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Create quantum security frameworks for 2026-era data infrastructure
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Author white papers on quantum-classical hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum annealing systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Proven track record of leading quantum technology initiatives
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
