Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.99% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent conferences
