Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum solution implementation
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Conduct performance benchmarking and optimization
- Collaborate with R&D on quantum hardware integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or equivalent
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Strong background in high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts to business value
