Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
