Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead quantum circuit optimization for hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop quantum error mitigation protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-knowledge encryption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation
- Research emerging quantum hardware (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
